    You know it that anger is a destructive force like fire. It can destroy your home, your business, your career, and your personal relationships.

     If you want to know the best way of anger management practically then you have to know what is anger. Everybody knows it that anger is a destructive force like fire. Also know it destroy your home, your business, your career, and your personal relationships. But only a few people know it that anger is a normal, healthy emotion .

    Anger is only a emotion or a feeling and feelings are temporary . So anger can be controlled easily if you know the proper way. Anger is temporary so if you control it for few times than anger will be under control . You know it that anger is a bad for you so you can control it.

Example 1-  Remember when you are at school and when techer abused or punished you than what you do. Reply is do nothing silent. Are you not anger that time?  But why you are silent? Because you can control your anger.

5. Try to focus on other things


Tip 1 : Breathe slowly 

      Breathe out for longer than you breathe in, and relax as you breathe out. It will relax your mind and you are become relaxed. And say your self "it's okay relax". Say this three times then anger will be under control of you. When you do this then your brain understand that you have to relax.
      

Tip 2 : Count 0 to 10 

      Counting 0 to 10 with long breath and slowly gives you time to cool down, so you can think more clearly and overcome from your anger. 
    

 Tip 3 : Get Creative

     Always try to get creative. Make your brain creative. Always try something new. Creativity release tension and reduce feelings of anger.

Tip 4 : Realize

     When you realize that you are angry then it will automatically reduced. You have to understand that now you are angry or you are going to be angry. You have to realize that anger is nothing for you, you can controle it because it is a feeling and feelings are temporary.

Tip 5 : Try to focus on other things

    When you are anger try to focus on other things wich divert your mind from the reason of anger.
